Join the Spudnut Club at Fence & Post
What are spudnuts? They are donuts made by replacing some of the flour in the dough with potato. Potato doughnuts tend to be lighter than all-flour doughnuts, and are prepared in a similar way as other doughnuts. At Fence & Post, their spudnuts take over 24 hours to make, the day before they make the dough, cut out the spudnuts and then let them slowly rise overnight in the fridge.
