Make the most of your garden with quick pickles! Quick pickles preserve all your garden has to offer without the need to spend hours in your kitchen. Different from traditional canning, quick preserving methods are easy, fast and allow you to enjoy all the offerings of your garden throughout the season. Quick pickles are perfect for those who are inexperienced in canning fruits and vegetables and who don’t have the time or space available for traditional canning.
In this hands-on workshop you’ll prepare and take home a quick-jam, 3-day cucumber pickle and pickled vegetables! All supplies provided.
