Preserve with Pesto

In this workshop we’ll go way beyond classic basil pesto as we make and taste some creative variations using early fall ingredients. Pesto is a quick, healthy, and especially delicious way to transform herbs and greens of almost any kind into something to be enjoyed immediately or frozen for winter. In this Skill Build, we’ll explore all the variations to be had including alternative ingredients and different seasonal options. Participants will go home with recipes, three diverse samples, and plenty of inspiration for how to “pesto” just about anything!
