Early Dawn Farm is an operating Micro-Dairy. We hand milk our herd of happy goats and make exceptional artisan goat cheese!
Learn the basics of making cheese at home on a Saturday afternoon in our cheese kitchen at Early Dawn Farm! You will study under our head Cheesemaker Dawn Kay!
We will cover all of the steps needed for transforming milk into curds and whey! You will take an active part in warming, culturing, stirring, and draining.
Each participant will take home the recipes, techniques, and list of equipment needed to make cheese at home. You will also leave with a portion of the two cheeses we make in class!
