The Flora, Fauna and Frequency festival offers like-minded people an opportunity to explore the world of Sound Healing in a beautiful Natural settings. Our experiences are designed to educate and inspire ranging on topics of vibrational sound healing, yoga, nature walks and more.
What to bring:
Water bottle, yoga mat, chair, personal snacks, journal, hammock if you want to hang out in the trees, and a great attitude.

9am -10am – Session 1 Yoga & Art with Sarah
10:30am-11:30am – Session 2 Martha Sound Healing Talk
LUNCH Pause:
1pm-2pm – Session 3 Light Cellar Nature Walk
2:30pm- 3:30pm – Session 4 Gongs with Seleste
4pm-5pm – Session 5 – Jane Pearce
5:30pm-6:30pm – Session 6 Sound Bath with Martha
DINNER Pause:
8pm Session 7 Drumming and participants bring instruments.
